Nice pearl earrings, slow support

Hmm, two weeks might be tight. They're based in the UK so it usually takes a bit to cross the pond. I'd say maybe a week and a half minimum, depends on customs.

Returns were easy for me, just make sure you keep all the original packaging. You'll probably have to pay for return shipping though, since it's international.

They have a pretty standard return policy, I think you have 14 or 30 days. Just initiate it online and send them back. The main thing is they usually can't take back earrings if the hygiene seal is broken for obvious reasons, so be careful there.

I'd say ZuZu is definitely up there. Monica Vinader often does vermeil, while ZuZu is all solid gold, so you're getting higher quality materials usually. Designs are pretty comparable for dainty stuff.

From my experience, ZuZu's solid gold pieces feel more substantial and a bit more refined than some of the Monica Vinader stuff I've seen. Plus, solid gold lasts way longer without needing re-plating.
